Steve has delivered a number of sessions for schools and school staff in Rochdale through the REAL Trust. The feedback and evaluations are always excellent. His sessions are engaging and highly informative, whilst also supportive and reassuring to colleagues who are often nervous or anxious about dealing with issues relating to fire warden and marshaling aspects in the work environment. The practical activities really help people to tackle fears and worries in a constructive way. Fantastic sessions, a very serious subject delivered in a non-threatening, supportive manner, by a highly experienced and knowledgeable serving professional (with all his quals!) - a must for all schools and services!

We previously used an offsite provider however we invited Steve to design a bespoke course for our site, not only was this specific to our building it was far more cost effective.
